Information Sessions
In-Person
We invite you to sign up for an on-campus Transfer Information Day where you will have the opportunity to take a tour of campus and meet with an admissions counselor to learn more about what ·¬ÇÑÊÓÆµ has to offer; including evaluation of credits, the admissions process, scholarships and more.
Virtual
We invite you to sign up for a virtual one on one information session to learn about what ·¬ÇÑÊÓÆµ has to offer. You can learn about the evaluation of credits, the admissions process, scholarships and more! We would love to meet you and answer any questions you might have.
To move forward with transfer admissions, please ensure you have the following items ready. Our goal is to make the college transfer process as transparent as possible for our applicants.
Application Essentials
- Completed Application: Submit your application through our online portal.
- $40 Application Fee: Required to process your transfer admissions file.
Academic Records
- College Transcripts: One from every institution attended after high school. (Unofficial copies are accepted for initial review!)
- Final High School Transcript: Required if you have completed fewer than 24 college credits.
Program-Specific Requirements

Personal Essay (PT, OT, and Nursing Applicants: Please address why you are pursuing a career in your specific healthcare field.

All Other Majors: You may submit an essay on a topic of your choice.

A minimum of 2.0 GPA is required for transfer into ·¬ÇÑÊÓÆµ. Specific programs may require higher, contact us for more information.
·¬ÇÑÊÓÆµ is proud to offer rolling admissions, year round. (Health programs preferred deadline is January 1)

Yes! Housing is guaranteed for transfer students.
Once your Tuition Deposit is paid ($250), your new advisor will provide you with your first semester schedule.

Start HereThe Maine Transfer Guarantee
The Maine Transfer Guarantee is designed to simplify the transfer process for students moving from community colleges to four-year institutions within Maine. This ensures that students who have earned an associate degree at one of Maine's community colleges can easily transfer to ·¬ÇÑÊÓÆµ.
Start HereTransfer Academic Scholarship
Students can earn up to $3,000 per year based off their cumulative GPA at the time of transfer. Award can be combined with Maine Community College Award and Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship.
Maine Community College Award
Students who enter ·¬ÇÑÊÓÆµ who immediately matriculate with an Associate’s Degree from a Maine Community College receive a $2,000 per year award. The process is simple with our Maine Transfer Guarantee program.
Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship
Students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa who enter ·¬ÇÑÊÓÆµ immediately following the completion of their Associates Degree will receive a $1,500 award.
* Students must be enrolled full time (12 credits or higher) in a Bangor based degree program in order to be considered for scholarships
