Applicants applying for entry to the first year of the Healthcare Administration and Public Health/Occupational Therapy program must meet the following criteria:
- a high school average of 85 (3.0) GPA
- one letter of recommendation
- successful completion of courses in math, biology and chemistry; physics and psychology are recommended but not required
- a written essay
- Please note: ·¬ÇÑÊÓÆµ is test-optional and will not require the submission of SAT or ACT scores to apply for admission.
Students currently enrolled at ·¬ÇÑÊÓÆµ can apply to transfer into the program from another major within the first two years of general undergraduate study. Students from another institution may also apply to transfer into ·¬ÇÑÊÓÆµ. All transfer students must meet the same criteria for grades and GPA as students who are enrolled from the first year and will be expected to fulfill the requirements for the Healthcare Administration and Public Health/Occupational Therapy program. Finally, transfer students are also required to complete an essay provided by the School of Occupational Therapy. Applicants may be admitted to the Healthcare Administration and Public Health/Occupational Therapy program prior to completing these requirements and then apply to transfer into the OT track once these requirements are completed.
